Terms of payment
Service renewal can be arranged via balance top-up or by directly paying an invoice. The direct invoice payment link is available in your account in Billing → Invoices.
Please note that the amount specified during payment code generation must match the actual paid amount and the selected payment system. The generated code can be used only once. Direct transfers made according to these requirements are usually credited within 24 hours; in some cases it can take up to 72 hours. If one of the requirements is not met, payment verification may take considerably longer.
If your payment was not credited within 48 hours, open a ticket in the Billing category and include all payment details: date, payment system, amount and payment note.
If you cannot generate a payment code, specify your login, service main IP or related ticket number when sending a direct transfer.
Attention: some payment systems charge a transfer fee. It is not included in the service price, so make the payment with a reserve.Current available payment methods are shown in the billing area. If the required method is not shown, please confirm availability in a Billing ticket before sending a direct payment.
