Terms of payment

Prolongation of services can be arranged via recharge balance or by directly pay the invoice, a direct link to the payment of invoice нou can find in your account section Billing → Invoices.

Please note that amount specified during the code generation for payment should correspond to actual paid and in the same payment system! The generated code can be used only once. Direct translations committed in compliance with requirements above shall be credited within 24 hours, in the some cases it can take up to 72 hours. If one of the requirements is not met, verification of payment may take considerably longer.

If your payment wasn not credited within 48 hours, open a ticket in the category Billing indicating all payment details, including the date, the payment system, the amount and the note for payment.

If at some reason you can not generate code for payment, then when you send payment by direct transfer you need to specify login, basic IP of your service or ticket number to which the payment relates.
